NITDA startups GITEX Africa 2025 Eligibility and Application Details Apply Now

The National Information Technology Development Agency (NITDA) has recently announced an opportunity for Nigerian startups to participate in GITEX Africa 2025, a prominent tech and startup exhibition held in Marrakech, Morocco, from April 14 to 16, 2025.

In collaboration with the Dubai World Trade Centre (DWTC), NITDA is offering 12 high-potential startups a fully sponsored chance to showcase their innovations at the Nigeria Pavilion during this event, recognized as Africa’s largest tech and startup exhibition.

This initiative aims to provide Nigerian startups with global exposure, connecting them with international investors, technology leaders, and policymakers. It reflects NITDA’s ongoing commitment to promoting Nigeria’s tech ecosystem on a worldwide stage, building on its history of supporting startups at previous GITEX events.

Eligibility and Application Details

Startups interested in applying must meet the following criteria:

1. Be registered with the Corporate Affairs Commission (CAC) and the Nigeria Startup Portal.
2. Have a Minimum Viable Product (MVP) or a market-accepted product.
3. Demonstrate scalability and a clear expansion strategy.
4. Possess a strong business model with a unique value proposition.
5. Operate in key tech sectors such as Fintech, HealthTech, AgriTech, EdTech, AI, Blockchain, IoT, Cybersecurity, or Sustainability.
