Youth4Climate Call for Solutions 2025 Program by Government of Italy and the United Nations Development Programme (UNDP) has officially launched | Apply Now
This global initiative, co-led by the Government of Italy and the United Nations Development Programme (UNDP), aims to empower young people aged 18-29 and youth-led organizations to tackle the climate crisis through innovative projects.
Now in its third year, the 2025 Call for Solutions invites applicants to submit climate action ideas across six thematic areas: Sustainable Energy, Food and Agriculture, Climate and Health, Digital for Planet, Climate, Peace, and Security, and Nature for Climate Action.
Successful applicants can receive up to $30,000 in seed funding, along with mentorship, capacity-building opportunities, and global visibility to scale their projects.
The application process requires a completed budget and workplan template, as well as a 3-minute pitch video, and submissions are accepted in English, French, Spanish, or Portuguese.
The deadline to apply is May 26, 2025, at 23:59 CET.
This launch follows the success of previous rounds, with the 2024 Call attracting over 2,000 applications and funding 50 projects from 32 countries.
