We are building a Sales Agent network to help onboard new users across Nigeria on the platform.

The role is commission only. Agents will be paid commissions based on users onboarded who complete a transaction on the platform. Please do not apply if this is not what you are looking for.
Position Overview:
We are looking for individuals with experience in using fintech, payment apps. Individuals able to under the value or remittance product and with access to businesses or individuals who conduct foreign exchange transactions between Nigeria and Canada, Nigeria and the US, Nigerian & the UK.
If you also understand the crypto market and have access to individuals who perform crypto-currency transactions, this is for you.
Our commission plan pays top performers exceptionally well.We are seeking motivated, results-driven individuals to join our team as Commission-Only Online Sales Agents. An Agent can expect to earn between 500,000 NGN - 2,000,000 NGN monthly from onboarding and activating users on our platform.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and engage potential clients, focusing on individuals and businesses involved in Canada-Nigeria remittances and trade
- Meet or exceed monthly sales targets for new user acquisitions and business partnerships
- Utilize digital tools and social media for lead generation and client engagement
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities and client interactions in our CRM system
- Provide excellent customer service and build long-term relationships with clients
- You possess an entrepreneurial spirit and are driven to take initiative.

- You demonstrate tenacity and consistently seek solutions to achieve success.

- Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to build rapport virtually
- Self-motivated with a proven track record of achieving sales targets
- Comfortable with technology and proficient in using CRM systems and digital sales tools
- Knowledge of the Nigerian-Canadian community or business landscape is a plus
- Fluency in English; additional languages (especially those common in Nigeria) are an asset
- Strong understanding of remittance services and international trade dynamics is a plus.
