The 3MTT Program, also known as the 3 Million Technical Talent Program, is a Nigerian government initiative aimed at developing a skilled workforce to drive the country's digital economy.
This program is a key component of President Bola Ahmed Tinubu's "Renewed Hope" agenda, which aims to create 2 million digital jobs by 2025.

Closing date: The application deadline is 26 November 2024.
The 3 Million Technical Talent (3MTT) program, a critical part of the Renewed Hope agenda, is aimed at building Nigeria's technical talent backbone to power our digital economy and position Nigeria as a net talent exporter.
Cohort 3 of the program will train 90,000 fellows. The 3MTT program is executed in collaboration with hundreds of applied learning clusters, state governments, development agencies, and other key stakeholders.
