Requirements for BOI MSME Intervention Program:

Any registered business with Corporate Affairs Commission in Nigeria, this includes Sole Proprietorships, Partnerships, Enterprises and Limited Liability Companies.

Start-ups and existing businesses can apply.

Application Documents

Existing Businesses:

CAC business registration certificate/documents.

Basic book keeping/business records.

Other information as may be requested by BOI.

Start-ups

General requirements:

Four passport photographs of the Chief Promoter/Director and the Guarantor.

BVN and executed Global Standing Instruction (GSI) Mandate of the Chief Promoter/Director and the Guarantor.

Valid means of identification (International Passport, Driver’s License, National Identity Card, or Permanent Voter’s Card) of the Chief Promoter/Director and the Guarantor.

Curriculum Vitae of the Guarantor

External guarantor of the Beneficiary/one director (in case of a limited liability company).
