If you applied for the PCGS, update your NIN number immediately using this link: Federal Government Grants and Loans: https://www.fedgrantandloan.gov.ng/. Remember, NIN is a major requirement for the grant program.
Grant Details
The Federal Government is offering a grant of N50,000 (Fifty Thousand Naira) to each eligible beneficiary, with a target of reaching one million nano businesses across all 774 local government areas in Nigeria.
Who is Eligible?
- 70%: Women and Youth
- 10%: People with Disabilities
- 5%: Senior Citizens
- 15%: Other demographics
Selection Criteria
The government will collaborate with various entities to shortlist beneficiaries based on the following criteria:
- Own a nano business.
- Operate a business with growth potential.
- Willing to hire at least one additional staff member.
- Provide proof of residential/business address within the local government area.
- Provide valid personal and bank account information, including NIN and BVN for verification.
- Meet the application deadline (December 18, 2023).
