New Incentives is a US-based non-profit organization dedicated to saving lives through health-related cash transfer programs. They operate in Nigeria, providing conditional cash transfers to pregnant women with at-risk pregnancies. These transfers incentivize them to follow medical advice and treatment, ultimately promoting healthy births.

They are currently seeking a dedicated Supply-Side Officer to join our team in Kano, Nigeria. In this role, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth delivery of our programs by:

Monitoring various platforms to identify and track supply-side issues.
Proactively communicating with clinic and local government officials to investigate and resolve supply challenges.
Preparing and disseminating daily reports to keep the team informed.
Following up on cases to ensure timely resolution and accurate record keeping.

To be successful in this role, you will need:

An HND or Bachelor's degree in any field.
Experience working in the NGO sector (a plus).
Minimum of 1-3 years of relevant experience.
Willingness to relocate to Adamawa/Taraba, Kebbi, Kaduna, Sokoto, or Zamfara states in Nigeria (if not already residing there).
Strong communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
High ethical standards and integrity.
Ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
