The United Nations' Food and Agriculture Organization (FAO) is calling for applications from PhD students, researchers, and professors to participate in a fellowship program dedicated to tackling global hunger and promoting universal food security. In line with the UN Sustainable Development Goals and FAO’s Strategic Framework, this initiative aims to foster efficient, inclusive, resilient, and sustainable agri-food systems by 2030.
The program seeks individuals with graduate or post-graduate degrees (Master’s or PhD) or those currently enrolled in a PhD program at recognized educational institutions. Applicants should have a minimum of two years of relevant working or research experience, a working knowledge of at least one FAO language, and the ability to adapt to an international multicultural environment.
