Amidst the ongoing efforts by the National Social Investment Programmes Agency (NSIPA) to streamline its operations, Mrs. Halima Shehu, the CEO, has undertaken a thorough inspection of the National Social Investment Programmes Warehouses and Skills Acquisition Center. This move aligns with NSIPA's commitment to enhancing the implementation of Social Investment Programmes in Nigeria.
Despite reassurances from the Minister that glitches causing a 9-month backlog payment delay for N-Power beneficiaries are in the process of being cleared, there remains a palpable sense of frustration among the National Association of N-Power Beneficiaries (NANB). NANB claims that these actions are orchestrated by non-beneficiaries posing as graduates, intending to create discord between the Minister and N-Power Beneficiaries.
The association is steadfast in asserting that these disgruntled elements do not represent genuine N-Power Beneficiaries.
