On-the-Job Development and Strategic Placement:
On-the-job development takes place locally as graduates are employed in MTN’s operating companies. Programme Requirements:
To be eligible for this exciting opportunity, applicants must have graduated with a minimum grade of Second Class Upper Division (2:1) or HND Upper Credit no earlier than 2021. Additionally, candidates must have completed the National Youth Service Corps (NYSC) in September 2023 with a valid certificate, be fluent in English, and possess a valid international passport.
Desired Skills and Competencies:
Candidates are expected to showcase skills in partnership and business development, digital marketing, strong numeracy, and analytical abilities, as well as proficiency in technology security. Excellent written and verbal communication skills, research abilities, and the capacity to stay abreast of current developments and trends are also crucial. Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft suite applications is a requirement.
