Wema Bank, in collaboration with the Federal Government, has initiated virtual training for the FGN/ALAT Digital Skillnovation Programme, benefiting small and medium enterprises (SMEs). Launched in September 2023, the program has garnered immense interest from business owners, aspiring entrepreneurs, working professionals, and job seekers, eager to enhance their digital skills and business management capabilities.
The FGN/ALAT Digital Skillnovation Programme for MSMEs aims to empower 2,000,000 Nigerian youth and 1,000,000 Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises with a diverse array of digital skills, spanning software engineering, product management, business analysis, cloud computing, product design, and more. Applicants participating in the FGN/ALAT Digital Skillnovation Programme can anticipate a comprehensive experience, extending beyond virtual training. The program includes hands-on physical training conducted at state-of-the-art digital hubs strategically positioned nationwide.
