Responsibilities

Gather program requirements, analyze needs, and document and disseminate functional and non-functional requirements.
Bridge the gap between stakeholders, quality assurance, and engineering teams.
Interpret business requirements into understandable development tasks.
Develop documentation, conduct capacity strengthening, and support product deployment and implementation.
Work with the QA team to evaluate software functions and design test protocols.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in computer science, software engineering, informatics, or a similar field.
5 years of experience in business and system analysis supporting development and implementation of digital tools,specifically technology and data solutions in a data-driven environment.
Good analytical and conceptual thinking skills.
Good stakeholder engagement and communication skills.
Excellent documentation skills.
Experience working in an Agile/Scrum development process.
Exceptional time management skills and solid interpersonal skills.
Good written and verbal skills in English; ability to communicate technical information to audiences with varying levels of technical expertise.
Solid technical background with understanding or hands-on experience in development and implementation of information systems that support health and social protection programs is a plus.
