About the Role
We are currently recruiting for a Monitoring, Evaluations and Learning (MEL) Officer to join our dynamic team. The MEL Officer will play a crucial role in providing MEL support to a portfolio of inclusive health, education, and economic empowerment (EE) projects implemented globally.
Key Responsibilities
- Monitoring and Reporting:
- Conduct and support the design, management, analysis, visualization, and reporting of baseline, quarterly,midline, and end-line data.
- Support the development and testing of quality assurance tools.
- Collaborate with country teams and project steering committees to use evidence to inform adaptations.
- Provide technical support and quality assurance to country teams and consortium partners in results framework and narrative reporting.
Qualifications and Experience
- A Master's degree in Monitoring, Evaluation, and Learning, International Development, Public Health, or a related field.
- At least 5 years of experience in Monitoring, Evaluation, and Learning (MEL) in an international development context.
- Experience in designing, managing, and analyzing data collection tools and methodologies.
- Experience in conducting learning reviews and synthesizing findings into reports and presentations.
- Experience in providing technical support and capacity building to country teams and partners.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
