Job Description

As an M&E Associate, you will be a vital part of the Monitoring and Evaluation Department. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Timely Reporting: Assisting in the complete and timely reporting of project results.
  • Data Management: Managing data for assessments, analysis, surveys, and evaluations.
  • Quality Improvement: Implementing tools and techniques to enhance the quality and utilization of data.
  • Monitoring Progress: Monitoring and evaluating progress towards annual work plans and expected outputs.
  • Collaboration: Participating in data collection, compilation, and reporting in collaboration with the TB M&E plan.
  • Additional Duties: Performing other administrative and clerical duties as assigned.

Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you should have:

  • Educational Background: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in social sciences.
  • Experience: 1-4 years of experience in M&E in public health projects, preferably in fields like TB/HIV, Community TB, and MDR TB.
  • Skills: Proficiency in statistical analysis and computer use, excellent communication skills, and a high level of accuracy in work.
