Kuda Microfinance Bank Send Important Message to All Costomers

If you receive a text message (SMS) or an email asking you to click a link to update or confirm your house address for a Kuda Visa card or token delivery, it’s a scam. Please, delete the message immediately. Read more

Also, don't click any link in a message that asks you to provide your personal information for safe delivery of your Kuda Visa card or a token after you’ve requested a physical or virtual card on your Kuda app. That’s also a scam.

Please, remember these important details:

We’ll never ask you to click any link to change or confirm your address for the delivery of your Kuda Visa card or a token.
We don't deliver physical tokens or virtual cards.
Depending on the option you choose when you request a physical Kuda Visa card, we can deliver your card or ask you to pick it up at our customer service centre in Yaba, Lagos.

We’ll send you a notification or an email to let you know when your card is ready for pick up or delivery. This notification or email doesn’t include any link. Continue reading

We may send you push notifications, in-app messages and emails to keep you updated about your card request.

We only send text messages (SMS) to deliver codes such as one-time passwords (OTP).
Don’t follow any social media account pretending to be Kuda. We’re @joinkuda on X (formerly Twitter), Facebook, Instagram and Threads. Read more

If you need help or you have questions, chat with us on your Kuda app, use our Self Help Centre at selfhelp.kuda.com or send a message to help@kuda.com or call 0700022555832.

Outside of these options, anyone claiming to be Kuda is probably a scammer. Please, take care.
