The Programme Officer will play a critical role in the development and implementation of CS-SUNN's programs and initiatives. They will be responsible for a variety of tasks, including:
- Assisting in the development and implementation of program strategies and plans
- Coordinating program activities, including organizing meetings, workshops, and events
- Ensuring effective utilization of resources and adherence to project timelines
- Conducting research and gathering relevant data to support program development and evaluation
- Building, supporting, and maintaining relationships with internal teams, external partners, and stakeholders
- Collaborating with stakeholders to identify program needs, goals, and objectives
- Supporting the development and implementation of communication and engagement strategies
- Preparing project documentation, including proposals, budgets, and progress reports
- Identifying and addressing project risks and challenges in a timely manner
The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree in Nutrition or a related field, as well as at least 3 years of experience in project management in the NGO sector. They will also have strong project management skills, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and the ability to manage conflicts and diversity. CONTINUE READING…
