Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement HSE strategies and programs
- Conduct HSE audits and inspections
- Investigate and report on HSE incidents
- Provide HSE training to employees and contractors
- Manage the ISO 14001 and ISO 45001 certification processes
- Work with other departments to ensure the integration of HSE into all business operations
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Science, Engineering, or a related field
- At least 5 years of experience in HSE management
- Strong knowledge of HSE principles and regulations
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
