Job Overview

As the Coordinator – Care.Human Resources, you’ll play a vital role in ensuring efficient care and claims management under MTN’s approved health scheme. Reporting to the Manager – Health, you’ll be responsible for various crucial tasks, from trend mapping and quality assurance to case management and claims enforcement. Your innovative ideas on bill management will be highly valued, as will your ability to provide pre-travel support for employees on international assignments. Your support in managing the MTNN work-site clinic and contributing to operational reports will further solidify your role as a key asset within the HR team.

Your Responsibilities

Map trends and provide insightful reports on medical schemes.

Assure the quality of healthcare providers.

Maintain trackers for case management and proactive interventions.

Enforce claims management SLAs and cultivate vendor relationships.

Implement innovative bill management strategies and educate staff on reversing negative trends.

Facilitate prompt resolution of staff issues.

Support international evacuation of employees and dependents when required.

Provide pre-travel assistance for employees on international assignments.

Track and investigate chronic sick leave cases.

Contribute to the management of the MTNN work-site clinic.

Prepare, vet, analyze, and compile monthly bills for management approval.

Qualifications and Experience

A first degree in medical sciences, public health, epidemiology, biostatistics, or a related field.

Proficiency in English.

3-7 years of work experience from a reputable organization.

Expertise in claims management.

Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.).
