Job Profile:
The Quality Focal Person will Support the identification, assessment, and selection of facilities and providers for the provision of services to adolescent girls 15 – 19 years, Provide supportive supervisory visits and on-the-job coaching to providers in all a360 facilities providing sexual and reproductive health services for adolescent girls 15 -19 years, ensure quality standards are maintained in all A360 facilities( and supporting Government led facilities) providing sexual and reproductive health services for adolescent girls 15 -19 years using innovative approaches for designing programs for improving the sexual and reproductive health of adolescent girls(15 – 19 years) and ensure 70% contraceptive continuation is achieved
