Npower Stipend Payment Update
The National Social Investment Management System (NASIMS) has clarified that the payment of outstanding/backlog stipends for October, November, and December 2022 to Batch C2 Npower beneficiaries is still ongoing. Rumors suggesting otherwise should be ignored.
NASIMS also warned non-selected Npower applicants to avoid filling out the Npower Validation Form, as this further delays the stipend payment process. The validation process will close soon, so selected beneficiaries should complete it promptly.

The payment of outstanding stipends for Batch C1 has been temporarily suspended but not terminated. NASIMS will address this after completing the payment for Batch C2.
In the meantime, beneficiaries are advised to stay calm and patient. NASIMS is working hard to ensure that all outstanding stipends are paid as soon as possible.
Here are some additional details:
- The delay in stipend payment was due to the process of verifying genuine beneficiaries among the Npower applicants.
- Thousands of non-shortlisted “Npower Applicants” also filled out the Npower Validation Form, which complicated the payment process.
- NASIMS advised newly shortlisted Batch C2 beneficiaries who have yet to complete the Validation Form to do so promptly.
- The payment of outstanding stipends for Batch C1 will resume after the payment for Batch C2 is completed.
