News regarding the increase of salary to the politicians and judicial law makers

 

Federal government has said it there is no such news regarding the increase of salary 

In response to the widespread news regarding the 114% salary increase for the President, Vice President, elected Federal and State political office holders, and judicial officers, the Federal Government has issued clarifications.

POLITICS NIGERIA reports that in a statement by Dele Alake, the Special Adviser for Special Duties, Communications & Strategy, the government, under the leadership of President Bola Ahmed Tinubu, stated that the president has approved no salary increase.

Furthermore, no such proposal has been presented to him for consideration, the statement notified.
