We would like to remind you of the most recent update regarding the NPC, NYSC, and UNICEF engagement of corps members for birth registration. The National Population Commission (NPC) and the United Nations Children's Fund (UNICEF) have joined forces to register 12.7 million births by 2023 in support of this endeavor. In Nigeria, this collaborative effort aims to issue birth certificates to children under the age of 5 in 21 states, 456 LGAs, and 4,978 wards.

We are delighted to inform you that NPC has now commenced the e-recruitment process for adhoc workers involved in digital birth registration. If you are interested in contributing to this important cause, you can apply as either an NYSC member or an adhoc worker.
