With Your Bank verification Number and your Account number, scammers can perform any transactions on your bank account.

You need to check the security of the loan Website where you want to supply your BVN. Some websites are not secured, if you borrow a loan from an unsecured website, your money is not safe.

1. Contact Your banker immediately
   Please, call your account officer Immediately to block your account number for you. Before the website tries to perform any transactions on your bank account, call your account Officer to block your account immediately.
2. Change Your PIN

Log in to your mobile bank applications to change transactions PIN, visit any nearest ATM to change your ATM PIN, and change your transfer PIN

3. Restrict your bank account
   Quickly login into your mobile bank applications to restrict your bank account to accepting credit alerts, if the scammer tries to withdraw money from your bank account, all the transactions will be pending.
4. Block Your ATM card
   We have different ways to block ATM card, you can do it on your bank mobile application or do it with ATM machine.
5. Visit your bank
   If your bank is not far from your house, visit your bank immediately to block your bank account or give you advice on what you need to do next.
