Make sure your NIN NUMBER is available with you, If it is available then Follow the below steps one after the other. 

Step 1 

DIAL *121# on the Airtel line you want to link it with NIN, After dialing it, it will respond to you with the following responses in the picture below 

Step 2

Then enter/Press 1 (i.e NIN capture) and click on the SEND button, It will also respond to you with the below response in the picture below 

Step 3

Enter/Press 1 and click on the SEND button, after Entering 1 and pressing on the SEND button it will take you to the page that appears in the picture below 

Step 4

Then enter your 11 digit NIN NUMBER and click on the SEND button,

Finally, it will respond to you with "Thank you for providing your NIN Details" as shown in the picture below
