Babban sifeton ya kuma bayar da umarni ga duka kwamishinonin 'yan sanda da su kira taron wayar da kai wanda za a yi wa ƙungiyoyin 'yan banga da na bijilanti domin tabbatar da cewa suna aikinsu bisa tsari.
